The horticultural greenhouse is equipped with an aluminum roof system with 3 pane vents, glazed with clear glass.
The gables are equipped with an aluminum 4 mm gable system with glass.

For the commercial space, a sandwich cladding for the roof and gables has been chosen. The elevation facade has an ornamental gable with large window frames for a refreshing look.

The shed is provided with a steel construction with large spans. The roof is constructed with a combination of sandwich panels and polycarbonate sheets. The gables are made with sandwich panels and colored glass. For this project we provided the concrete floor wit dock, heating installation en rolscreen gables as well.

To create as much space as possible, various greenhouse columns have been replaced with lattice girders under the gutter. The gables are made of polycarbonate, and the roof is fitted with sandwich panels, giving it a neat appearance.

Zwirs Horti projects is responsible for the complete implementation of the project, for both the production- and processing greenhouse and the utility buildings. The complex has a total area of approximately 15.360 m².

There are 3 storages equipped with a steel construction with large spans, so that enough space has been created for the boats.

The existing production hall of is lifted up from 3,50 m1 to 5,50 m1 and connected with the new build hall. The sandwich roof is assembled with ventilation windows. Part of the greenhousestands has been removed so that a dock shelter can be provided for optimum loading- and unloading options. Glass gables have been dismantled on the outside of the greenhouse and are provided with sandwich panels for a neat appearance.

The new greenhouse is glazed with toughened roof glass, the outside panels with 16 mm thick opal polycarbonate plates. For the roof of the corridor and the packing hall, a sandwich plating with light-transmitting roof elements has been chosen. The gables of the packing shed are provided with a sandwich plating for a luxurious appearance.

For this bulbs nursery we have executed the steel construction with a large overvoltage. On one sidewall gable we made a construction with a 'false' gable with sandwichpanels to manage an airflow so that all bulbs can (be stored) dry. The other sidewall is provided with a gable-ventilation. The roof and the gables are made with sandwich plating, inside the packing hall the client has placed cooling cells.

The roof is fitted with a sandwich- and cold roof profile plating. The facades are made of sandwich panels and fitted with new sliding-, swing- and overheaddoors.

We have used beam steel girders to create a mezzanine floor.
We have provided the floor cladding with concrete hollow-core slabs. The steel construction is coated anthracite gray which has a neat appearance.

The construction, with a ridge height of 9300 mm, is equipped with an aluminum system with a double continuous ridge ventilation of 1650 mm depth.
The system is designed in 3 sections for good air circulation and fitted with a 16 mm opal polycarbonate plating.

The whole is completely built in between their existing greenhouse complexes, with various facade recesses to create a free passage for the transit of containers.
